The one big reason I would love to live in the past or have a time machine is to see a true night sky. Sick of the light washed-out and satellite specked one we have now.

Take a trip to Alaska, northern BC, Norway, etc.

There's a particular observatory in Hawaii that is supposed to be amazing.

I'm sure there's plenty of other spots!

		Good luck getting clear skies in Norway. Seriously. I moved here. Even northern lights can be elusive due to this (plus, I live in a city). And where I live, I can read outside at night so the best time to see dark is during the cold times. But more to the point, there is a lot of light pollution here. The best places are inland and plenty of other places get much darker.
