There's probably nothing he can do about it, the same way Microsoft Teams doesn't have an explicit "Make Teams Crap" policy, it presumably happens in spite of the wishes of Microsoft for it not to be crap.

		Whatever. The first time someone's complaint makes its way to Nadella's desk, he has the power to stop it. Since that hasn't happened, he's clearly not that concerned OR he's so not in charge that little fiefdoms exist that choose to ignore senior management. Neither is a good look for Nadella.
