Whatever. The first time someone's complaint makes its way to Nadella's desk, he has the power to stop it. Since that hasn't happened, he's clearly not that concerned OR he's so not in charge that little fiefdoms exist that choose to ignore senior management. Neither is a good look for Nadella.
