A lawsuit does not solve a systemic problem. This is not a "a few people abuse a tool" situation.

People suck. The tool shouldn't exist.

I genuinely do not understand the boot-licking. Bizarre. It show's a complete and utter lack of foresight.

Of course lawsuits solve a problem. Reduce the incentive to do it. Remove the bad actors.

The tool absolutely should exist. It has literally helped solve 10k kidnappings. Here are a few examples:

		The cops used this 100 times over this one person. Will they be punished no? Has someone checked if they didnt abuse their power over 100 other people? Very likely no.
