Of course lawsuits solve a problem. Reduce the incentive to do it. Remove the bad actors. The tool absolutely should exist. It has literally helped solve 10k kidnappings. The cops used this 100 times over this one person. Will they be punished no? Has someone checked if they didnt abuse their power over 100 other people? Very likely no. | ||
