No they don’t. This is an ignorant statement to make knowing the history of lawsuits against police and how little to no effect that’s had on police abuse of power.

It’s just like gambling: who gives a shit if you’re playing with someone else’s money.

Has someone checked if they didnt abuse their power over 100 other people? Very likely no.
