Even if you're Fabrice Bellard, you can't compete with how fast these models are. They'll run circles around any human. I don't know what else to tell you other than you should try the models again and update your assumptions. A year ago I thought LLMs were trash. This year has been a completely eye opening experience. Do not be so stubborn that your opinions are unshakable.
