That is ridiculous. Many people that go out to drink take ride-share.

I live really alone in the woods. The population is so damn sparse that I have one or two friends in town, 12 miles away, whom I can never find, nor would I pay for a 17 mile drive back and forth to the "nearest" brew pub.

This ain't Sunnyvale.
