Googles position on this is the risk of ignoring a DMCA/copywrite report is that they get sued, which is understandable. Even if you can/could countersue a fictitious report, it would be cost prohibitive. I just wish the law would enable ignoring of continued false claims. Once your name is burnt, you should have a harder time reporting things in future. | |||||||||||||||||
