I feel like the "title" attribute should be updated to the new timestamp in such cases. The tooltip plus I believe assistive technology relies on the title attribute and it can be confusing.

I'm not sure if that would make things better or worse. We want people to have access to the original timestamp as well.

Why not just make the title attribute have both timestamps in those cases? That attribute allows newline characters.

		I might not be understanding but, wouldn't that confuse things? How does assistive technology rely on that attribute?
