You might be able to hook up with your local library. You could donate a major tool or two if they already have one - many do, at least in large towns and up.

I misread this with my other comment response, sorry - yes, donate them a tool which anyone can use. That’s kinda the thing with these spaces - they provide the things that are much too expensive to supply for everyone individually. If you stop by with $1500, you can add an amazing tool to an already amazing collection, or you can get like 5 small things for the house. Definitely most efficient to provide it for the library!
