Sigh. The curse of the acronym. I have to look up what TFA stands for. At least I didn't waste fellow HN peeps' time by commenting "What does TFA mean?" I will never understand why someone would take more time to post a comment like that than it would take to Google it.... | ||

tbf i only started using it the other day after i googled it myself (though I dimly remembered it from the past). I've normally used OP (as in Original Post) but that can get confused with Original Poster (and the initial comment rather than the featured article). TFA is more specific and now that I've learned it I think its valid to use on a board where it is likely to be a regular useful shortcut. | ||
