Does this configuration integrate with all of your other software for automated entry? Any gaps? Any particularly nice automation features you've discovered?

Beancount doesn't have built in support, you need a small bit of code. I set up my own importers, which required a small amount of configuration. It helps if you use a "bank" like Mercury that's living in this millennium, instead of a real bank which does not understand technology. But with a small Plaid or SnapTrade importer you can connect to any of those
