I say please and thank you, though never as a last/final message (“Thank you, that’s great! Now let’s move on to…”), and I do apologize when I’ve said something wrong or told it to do something and then changed my mind.

However I also let my frustration through, “Why the ** would you do XYZ?”, which normally comes due to the semi-stream-of-consciousness STT flow (both for pleasantries and frustration). I don’t have infinite patience for the machine.
