I have a dead UV-5R, not sure exactly which variant. It stopped powering on. If anyone wants it for free (pickup in SF or you pay shipping) let me know. It might be useful for extracting firmware without risk of bricking, since it's already a brick.

5R and 5RM aren't the same.
