Your desire is not to build things on quicksand but your solution is to just throw LLMs at everything and rewrite it all? That's not the solution and causing even more rapid churn by ditching backwards compatibility is just going to exacerbate the problem.

This goes double when you add in the same non-technical-sourced pressures that caused developers to take shortcuts are still there, and now even worse with their unrealistic expectations for LLMs.
