How long do you spend on the page?

If I dont get inside the page in 5-10 seconds tops I hit the back button and continue to read the HN comments ( about the article). I rather not give them traffic if they treat my network request like I am e-begging to read the article.

		That sounds about right. Maybe they track that. The data gets fed up to Cloudflare general and diffuses back out to the operating sites.
