Since you are (likely) young - here's a tip when writing such articles:

Provide examples.

It's hard for readers to gauge whether you're complaints are legitimate or overreactions.

You work in the industry? If so, look up from your agent harness for 2 minutes and you'll see the complaints are legitimate.
