Writing is hard, but what I was trying to say is that it's okay to just send it as long as you're doing it consciously and intentionally (and I do that frequently enough); but if it's not an explicit choice that can be problematic.

I see, that makes sense, I think that applies to most things from eating food to watching media, etc.

However it takes more mental energy and people don't like that
