They say this in every earnings release to emphasize that they have a diversified revenue stream beyond just iPhone, but if you dig into analyst estimates the “service revenue” is mostly AppleCare (purchased for iPhone), App Store purchases (for iPhone) and iCloud storage (purchased for iPhone). There’s a reason they don’t break it down on their earnings report.
