AI can draw that plan for you if you give it the prevailing wind and the summer and winter sun data. But it can't take a soil sample from the land for you, and it can't know what kind of soil it is or what that soil will or won't tolerate. From a distance it can offer a nice picture, but without data it can't reach reality.
