I'm a new Claude user. I get to choose between Fable, Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku. Effort medium, extra, max, high.

Makes sense.

The only one that doesn't inherently make much sense to me is Fable vs Opus. Beyond that, it's just different sized works at the given effort level.
