The real flaw is the corporate structure. We don't need CEOs or execs that manage company direction. These people are useless due to AI.

The people who know how to get AI to make usable and viable solutions are the only people who should be running anything and their employees should be all doing the same.

A company should be built around people who can vibe engineer real end user products that are deploy-able and high quality.

Non-coding people are simply done now that AI can replace all of their "ideas", but cannot replace the engineer making the real decisions with the ideas that actually matter.
