The whole situation in mathematics reminds me of two years ago when models started coding well and all the developers were really sad. Now we use it as a tool and, as a whole, are able to make much more.

Some of us are still really sad, and have discovered we can't really make much more, because we're still trying to understand everything these bots we've been required to use vomit out.

That pretty much entirely negates any speed gains.
