So do cash, vehicles (they help transport kidnapped humans), smartphones and computers (they help criminals to communicate), tape, ropes (these are often used to tie victims)... and oxygen, because without it, the organized crime proponents wouldn't even have the cellular energy at all. Let's just forbid it all already!

Except those things have broadly recognized benefits for everybody.
