Ah, I didn't realize the tarballs on the Tangled site were cached. If it happens again I'll try that :)

But yeah I recognize it's an issue for any package manager. I suppose I just forgot that even something like my local editor is reliant on remote forges now unless I go out of my way to mirror it all.
