You see, he's no longer running Binance or participating in its operation in any capacity, per their deal with the Trump admin / Justice department. He's tweeting about this hack as a civilian, offering personal guarantees to Binance customers out of the goodness of his heart!

		Yeah I didn’t realize his sentence was only 4 months which is pretty pitiful when he was financially supporting terrorism. You get more for having an ounce of weed in the wrong state.
