Or if it is your key and your air-gapped hardware wallet gets hacked because someone didn't use the right RNG. Crypto is apparently never yours; you're just holding on to it for some future criminal or nation state.

hardware waller is NOT your key too. YOUR key is the paper wallet generated OFFLINE on a clean laptop that was never connected to web. There is a giant difference.

		Your method does not protect against what the person you replied to, posted. If your paper wallet, generated offline, used a bad RNG, it is just as vulnerable.
