I thought this issue was fixed already by the browsers themselves. Mozilla Firefox solves this issue with the "Reader View (F9)" and Brave has "Speedreader" view, which is essentially the same. It automatically strips secondary content and formats the text in an uniform way.

You can print 10 pages from 10 different websites this way and they'll all look identical.

Don't know if Chrome has something similar, but I'd expect it should've.
