We use a SaaS ticket management tool (like Jira) for internal company use to track projects, requirements, software designs, etc. The tool is hopelessly unable to generate a sensible export or print to pdf for archiving pages to share with customers or auditors. I’ve had to resort to stitching screenshots together in MS Paint to create the offline evidence documents that I need.

I mean, with Jira it's not the nicest out-of-the-box template for PDF export, but it works. It does it's job if you are okay with ugliness.
