they are not horrible business, some of them literally get invested by governments and get extra debt from them too so they can never go bankrupt? if they are at national level airlines, they survive no matter what.

Yeah, I think AI model provider would goes the same way commercial airlines does

the money is infrastructure (hardwares, electrics, data etc)
