Cause at the current rate and scope of data center investments; they have to transform the world more than... every other software system we've come up with until this points combined; to justify their cost.

They have to transform the world more than whatever the bond rate is right now, (which admittedly is increasing). I'm not sure that that's greater than office software, digital banking etc. But I don't think it's as high a bar as some people think.
