Also, it’s been just 9 months of modern claude code, and for many companies less than 6 months since first employees outside of IT got access to Claude Code. What do they expect?

The rhetoric has basically been "replace 75% of white collar work in two years" so zero impact after 9 months surely seems.. disappointing?
