Disagree. Laser scar removal is a billion-dollar business. You seriously don't have to accept them as story accounting if you have "fuck you" money. As the costs come down and the business grows, in several decades it will eventually land on it being part of final wound treatment.

Ritual scarification is old as time, we will still be keeping the ones we want.

But I like my body better with them than not. The only scars I would even consider removing would be the ones on my face if I had any.
