We just started using GrokBot. After hooking it up to our PSA, the INCREDIBLE reports that this thing generates has blown us away. From a simple prompt like:

I need a usage and analytics report from the PSA. I need by tech, company and service board

That was my prompt and this thing created a report that was amazing in 10 minutes and something that we could NEVER get with BrightGauge. If you haven't already hooked up GrokBot to all your services, you are doing yourself an injustice.
