And in the case of Nintendo, they have no problem destroying your hardware on a perceived "back action on your owned hardware". Of course, hacking laws dont apply to companies. And Switch does braindead things like "not permitting to back up save data or back up digitally purchased games"...

So yeah, in cases of Nintendo, I acquire appropriately. They have proved themselves to be an absolute horrible actor here. Fuck'em.
