I hope that people will realize that PHP is unsuited for public websites and that they need to switch to secure technologies like Java, ASP.NET or Rust.

PHP contains an almost endless stream of vulnerabilities since its inception almost 3 decades ago. Proponents claim that it's getting better but this just goes to show that nothing's changed.
