One of the most underrated abilities in this industry is knowing when to walk away from something that no longer bring you joy. It's sad that it has come to this, but I'm sure the OP will find something more fun to do with their time.

I'd say just knowing when to walk away in anything, not just this industry, is one of the best skills you can have as a human.
