This is not possible and maybe mixing terms. HOA has to disclose an existing violation as part of the estoppel process. Estoppel is just a disclosure certificate not a legal hold | ||||||||

It is possible I am mixing terms, as IANAL and also this was several years ago Regardless, they made a simple issue (which was not disclosed at least to me) a legal hassle. | ||||||||
