When the US constitution was written guns were a thing, but communication was done in person or on paper. The idea of radio waves didn't even exist therefore we did not get any protections on it.

Right to bear arms wasn't in the day1 US Constitution. Got added later as an amendment. Other amendments have happened since the idea of radio waves existed but nobody has bothered with it for radio.
