35 yrs old. Lost my job in 2024. Did a brief stint for a much less pay then quit. Now, unemployed for about a year and a half now.

Thinking of building a career in marketing in some form ( writing or video editing). I have a substack. Started a Youtube channel also. But, still clueless about how to do anything right now.

The money that was meant to be my kid's college fund and my retirement fund is helping me survive right now.
