I sign up for things like entertaining people, church, dinner parties, but reading, breakfast, movie, stayed late at work, come on! Concerts I also sign up for but the pop and rock element I find very restricting. We shouldn't forget that focus/subject of common activities shift. Like we don't go out that much with friends to a public execution any more, which was very popular in the past, peak social event. Possibly we can find closer examples disappeared too. Times change, old things like clubs disappear, new ways emerge, things shift elsewhere. How about group chats/calls, open-source projects, commenting articles? Not only with people in 1 hour distance max but with people from around the planet? Gamer events, e-sport (despite my dislike)? Communicate with someone on the bus (regardless of being on the same bus or elsewhere)?

In person socialising is definitely down, likely the overall too, but I would not base a social activity judgement on a questionnaire like this here alone, I miss important elements.
