The thing is, someone that perceives these problems for young people is someone that should stick around and keep doing what they do to fix it.

You are the exact opposite of the people that need to leave early. Stick around and wait for when we come out the other side. I think these kids are going to figure it out, with our help.

We are not coming out the other side if we are not prepared to relinquish power (and wealth) to the young; can you imagine Gen X ever doing that? Look at who our “tech titans” are. Look at who we gave power to. Our most significant accomplishment is the PayPal Mafia; we funded and empowered all the worst ideas of millennials.

(Granted, millennials have to reckon with the AI CEOs being theirs, technically.)
