If it's browser monopolies you're worried about, Apple beginning to allow other engines on iOS is going to instantly cement Chrome as the only browser in the game.

Apple's Safari enforcement is the only reason Chrome hasn't completely taken over.

There is no monopoly right now. Chrome and Safari are both in use enough that you generally need to test against both.

Once real Chromium is available on iPhones, there will be a monopoly.

Having websites say "if it doesn't work, install Chrome" is the opposite of consumer choice.

		Not trying to be glib but isnt that on the website and not Google/Chrome? I want to use Screen Studio, but it is a MacOS only app (and I'm on Windows). Is that Apple's fault?
