Yea I struggle playing Spotify across home devices. My kids will start music in their rooms on smart speakers and it uses my account, so when I am listening elsewhere it stops (or plays their music). I even have a family spotify account but no one does a great job managing the handoff. As a single person, loved spotify account sharing across devices. Now not so much
