GitLab CI, BuildKite, Semaphore, Concourse (development started up again, last release was two weeks ago)...

GitHub Actions is only OK for relatively simple CI needs, or if your project is open-source and you enjoy having free CI. No major professional/enterprise CI need should depend on it.
