One would imagine you want your bankers doing just enough fraud and other illegal shit to build your money pile, just not enough of it to get caught. I imagine most groups compete on exactly what they can get away with. The more money you can build for clients the more you can earn. If your competitor is getting away with more illegal shit than you then your clients will go to them. | ||
