if European governments/banks keep relying on safety verification supplied by American Google and Apple then no, they don't stand a chance

you can stop using US Visa/MC cards, but it's kinda pointless if you EU bank app still requires verification from US Google/Apple for app to run

I wish European govs would stop requiring Google Play services in Android phone and provided their own solution

		that't not challenger to Visa/MC at all, at doesn't issue any cards, it is just different name for existing instant wire transfers which you can do also through QR code through whatever banking app you use, nothing to do with some "European Network for Payments (ENP)" that's like saying I have new solution to wheel, which will be called European circle, it will be the same wheel we already have, but under the new fancy EU name!
