That's an interesting question. What motivated it? In the UK it depends, some epileptics aren't allowed to drive. Not all epileptics are photosensitive and not all movies trip people. | ||

epileptics typically aren’t allowed to drive if there’s any risk of having a seizure while driving (depends on the type and severity of the epilepsy) | ||
