You don't get the nuance that there are people who enjoy the writing the code part more than they enjoy the handholding and hitting enter on a prompt part. And they write it fast or concise enough to not need to prompt engineer bicker with a machine. And as soon as an edge case pops up that your model will have never been able to hear about because it hasn't been released publicly, security vuln, whatever, you'll get a "fix" confidently hallucinated at you and be none the wiser. There's going to be a huge pendulum swing with all the llm zombies and sanewashing it like this isn't helping anyone. All of this just oozes junior engineer if you're even employed in the field at all. | |||||||||||||||||
