We're looking for an AI Harness Engineer to build local AI systems combining agentic AI with P2P technology.

Looking for strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience and hands-on work with AI/LLMs, agent harnesses, local inference, and/or P2P/distributed systems. Open-source experience is a plus.

I applied several times, but always got the same generic response. It would be good if you guys gave applicants some feedback, as applying to Tether is not easy. I even had to record a video.

		Tough to believe a company run by dudes with close ties to Jeffrey Epstein, having several known fraud charges, would also be pretty shitty in their hiring practices. I’d consider this a bullet dodged, friend.
